We have 2 woodfire ovens on a trailer catering to Markets, shows, etc., around the Manning Valley.
We also do private parties – Birthdays of all ages, Work Christmas Parties, Bucks/Hens parties, Corporate gatherings, etc.
You don’t have to fuss about the catering. We bring the ovens to YOU, so you can enjoy the party.
HOW DID WE START THIS BUSINESS?
We started in 2011, when Jane and I moved from Wollongong to Taree. And with a fresh start, we decided to start a Mobile Woodfire Pizza Catering business, as Jane has been in the food business for most of her life, and I had been an apprentice pastry cook in my younger days.

I am enquiring about your services for a bit of a shotgun wedding my partner and I are planning. We are looking at the 6th January 2018. We are just doing it at our place in Forster. It’s quite intimate in size with maximum 30 adults and 15 kids.
